Code of conduct For Student:
1. Institutional rules, discipline, and schedules must be followed.
2. Students must attend classes, labs, workshops, and farms on time.
3. Active participation in study, practice, and evaluation is required.
4. Respectful behavior must be shown toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.
5. Honesty must be maintained during evaluations; cheating and misconduct are not allowed.
6. Tools, materials, and animals related to Beauty, Fashion, and Animal Science must be used safely and responsibly.
7. Institutional property, cleanliness, and safety rules must be respected.
8. Violence, misconduct, abusive language, and indiscipline must be avoided.
9. Students must manage time properly and develop self-discipline and good character.
10. Students should follow instructors’ suggestions to improve their performance.
Code of conduct Regarding Timing:
1. Students should be within the premises of school before the class start time.
2. Students should stop all the activities after the class start.
3. Students should be in their class rooms before the class period time.
4. No one can go outside the classroom without the permission of a teacher.
5. Students are not allowed to go to cafeteria during class hours.
Code of conduct Regarding Attendance:
1. A minimum of 90% attendance is a must to be qualified for the CTEVT final examinations.
2. Application should be submitted one day before leave.
3. Doctor prescription is just in case of being ill.
4. The Guardian or the student him/herself should contact to the concerned person before the class start in the case of emergency.
5. Students who are absent for more than 15 consecutive days without prior information are subject to expulsion from the School.
Code of conduct Regarding Examination:
1. The School conducts three Terminal Exams and Other Regular Exams in an academic session.
2. Terminal exam will be taken as per school rules and regulations.
3. Doctor prescription is just in case of being ill.
4. If a student remains absent in the Terminal Examination without any prior information or solid reason, he/she will be not qualifying for final examinations.
5. Students must follow examination codes developed by the school.
Code of conduct Regarding Financial:
1. Course fees must be paid at given time.
2. Late fine will be charged as per CTEVT rules and regulations.
3. Fees once paid will not be refunded at any case.
4. Deposit shall be refunded against the fee receipt only after the college issues character certificate.
5. Deposit shall not be refunded to those who leave the school prior to completion of the study period.
Code of conduct Regarding Assignment:
1. Books should be brought regularly.
2. Students should maintain their note copies and homework properly. Rough work will not be considered.
3. Note and homework should be done in separate copies of every subject. Rough copy is necessary for every subject.
4. Homework should include exercises and examples from book.
5. Homework should be submitted at the given time.
